Well the no.8 is coming out and it's...Nah, they've got no idea. Starc and SOK are the only two in whites atm.

Well I think if you had established spinners who were known for taking wickets, rather than being gifted wickets, you might attack a bit more - but ultimately, they're facing a cooked side who isn't putting up resistance, they could've declared at 450 and won this match comfortably.stating the obvious, but essentially correct
I still don't like it. In good batting conditions what difference does it make to spend an extra half-session out there to make potentially an extra 80-100 runs. We saw in Brisbane that the "bat twice, declare and set a big 4th innings target can be dangerous.
Started really well, but has struggled since UAE.Jeez Starc has made eight 50s already in just 33 tests. Such a rocks and diamonds player. Seems he goes relatively big (for a tailender) or gets nothing at all.
Exactly. Bat for as long as possible while the conditions are good, and make Pakistan bat while the pitch is at it's worst. The wicket is a paradise for batsmen right now, bat on for now.
Harsh describing him as a tailender, guy averages just under 25, closer to an allrounder than a useful lower order batsman for mine.Jeez Starc has made eight 50s already in just 33 tests. Such a rocks and diamonds player. Seems he goes relatively big (for a tailender) or gets nothing at all.
Don't these ****ers check the stats? O'Keefe's averaging nearly 30 in FC cricket. Hazlewood is an okay tailender but nothing more and might get halfway there but it's a serious lack of thought and insight into O'Keefe's ability with the bat. They got it wrong a few times in other matches as well.Nah, they've got no idea. Starc and SOK are the only two in whites atm.
That would require actual work or paying attention and that ain't happening.Don't these ****ers check the stats? O'Keefe's averaging nearly 30 in FC cricket. Well adub was right, only Starc and O'Keefe were getting ready to bat. I can't say I agree to this declaration at this stage.Exactly. Bat for as long as possible while the conditions are good, and make Pakistan bat while the pitch is at it's worst.
