He scored a ton and a fifty in the Shield final tbf. It's about time Travis Dean did something again since his debut.

Haha yeah he's probaby the most rocks and diamonds cricketer in Australia. He scored a ton and a fifty in the Shield final tbf.
So with the exception of those 2 games the guy probably averages like 3He scored a ton and a fifty in the Shield final tbf.
I enjoyed his two games for Australia A in which he scored 1 run in three innings. So with the exception of those 2 games the guy probably averages like 3
Most of Burns runs came a bit let down the order for Queensland. I think they like him as an opener because of his weakness to spin though. It's a tough one. I'd like to see him retain his place for the next test.Personally think Burns should slide down to 4, his weakness's become to exposed opening the batting
I haven't seen much of him (I doubt anyone has tbf) but I like what I've seen; definitely one to keep an eye on.Pews what are your thoughts on Renshaw?
I think it's a case of "why not" at this stage. He's performing at least as well as anyone else people are talking about and he doesn't do it from down the order. He's making runs in front of selectors right now and they couldn't be more timely.I haven't seen much of him (I doubt anyone has tbf) but I like what I've seen; definitely one to keep an eye on.
In terms of immediate selection though, the bloke had played ten ****ing games and averaged 41 before today; people are going are bit mad with the amount of times I've heard him seriously suggested.
And he played it shockingly too.Voges copped one on the melon apparently.
Basically Misbah tbh. It's amazing that a guy who scores as slowly as Renshaw manages to hit 4 x 6's in a score of 68. Talk about waiting for the bad balls.
I wouldn't have any confidence that Voges would have played the next anywayMost of Burns runs came a bit let down the order for Queensland. I think they like him as an opener because of his weakness to spin though. It's a tough one. I'd like to see him retain his place for the next test.
Renshaw is putting runs on the board at exactly the right time here.
I hope Voges is OK. If he's concust he really shouldn't play in the next test. It would be a sad way for him to end his career though.
Will Somerville very unlucky to lose his Shield spot to inferior spinner Nathan LyonOh look another "Lyon gets outbowled by his fellow spinner" episode
But Renshaw's good, early given he's only coming back from injury but he's definitely got the goods.
Who was bowling at the time? And how'd he play it (what shot?)? Not really surprised, his reflexes can't be too fast any more. And he played it shockingly too.
If he had any minuscule chance of not being dropped the concussion will certainly now have ended his test career.
Cam Stevenson (i believe), didn't even play a shot or try to duck it, just seemed to turn his head and pray. Must not have seen it.Who was bowling at the time? And how'd he play it?
