Absolute travesty The One True AB didn't go through, with Gavaskarn't, Pollock and Weekes (to a lesser extent) making it.
All is not lost. mr_mister has good form in adding new rules in for excitement. When we are down to the last ten or so we should have a round where we choose who to omit for AB to slot back in.

In fact that should become standard CW rule for all best of batsman threads.
