Leaving Greg out was the toughest call. However, had Doug Walters been in the mix I might have voted for him! I just don't have that much love for Greg Chappell to be honest.Greenidge over Greg Chappell & you're Australian....

As much as I hate G Chappell for what he did in his time as Indian coach, as a batsman, his body of work places him almost on par with Viv Richards for me. Gavaskar and Miandad from that era not too far behind, then Greenidge. Border very unlucky to miss out but Sobers easily the second best batsman of all time IMO. Pollock unlucky that he did not play more tests.

It was the Tests only thing that made me omit Chappell. If I could've considered WSC and ODIs he'd be in there.
