Agree, mind you I wouldn't cry if they brought in bell-Drumoond, Duckett and Borthwick next match, but the three you'd drop have done okay this match, nothing more than that though frustratingly.

The lead is 200, a chase of 250 is hardly a done deal.

Draw still heavy favourite for me though, hard to think that Pakistan will go for anything like a risky chase so they are going to have to bowl England out today.

Obviously it's not the easiest pitch to score off, based on today at least, but it isn't misbehaving much. 250 would be a very attainable total. Somewhere between there and 270 would also probably be the best thing for the match.

When England's middle order have a few guys struggling to average 35 it's not that surprising they haven't been able to get on top of quite defensive bowling from a not incompetent attack. Root the closest to doing so which I'd suggest is because he's better than everyone
