West Indies really need to give players like Pollard and Russle a incentive to play test cricket and up the wages.

That's a great idea, and while we are convincing the witches and wizards of the world to magically grant the WICB enough money to pay these players what they want we might as well solve world hunger and get world peace.

Afghanistan just beat Zimbabwe and they only scored 131 and ended up bowling out Zimbabwe for 81, improving team this Afghanistan maybe time for icc to give them full one day status at least.

Afghanistan is certainly a better side than Zimbabwe now. They have full one day status. I think they aren't ready to be a test team. In fact, I would recommend stripping Zimbabwe off their test status.

Zimbabwe not played tests since Pakistan 18 months, years ago and they won a test.Oh thats except for the drubbing they got from Bangladesh 3 nil.Bit too early to say.Zimbabwe now concentrating on one dayers officially to qualify for the next world cup.So apart from the 1 off test with Bangladesh they are unlikely to play test cricket for a long time.

Zimbabwe not likely to get back on the mend for a while yet. Archaic ICC structure is gonna keep both Ireland and Afghanistan from keeping up with Bangladesh or Windies in the medium to long term

Be realistic how many more years can you play test cricket maybe 2 years he 35 now. He can earn more money playing 20 20 in worldwide tournaments.

Adam Voges should have been in the Australia team 6 years ago everyone knew he was a good batsman but Australia cricket politics denied him a long career like with Brad Hodge.

Not really. If you look at the first class record of Voges, it has improved only in the last 4-5 years. He was terrific for limited overs cricket as he could keep the score board moving but not for the longest form till recently.
