***Official*** New Zealand in Zimbabwe and South Africa 2015

That's a pretty fair assessment tbf. Still, our one day bowling attack just looks so poor right now. Both Jane and McCullum aren't anywhere near international class, and Henry has been pretty damn average for awhile now.

I literally struggle to watch us bowl at the moment.

Zim just has to treat the rest of the game like a t20. I fear that they are going to panic when they get close and lose a wicket.

This NZ team has better batting and poorer bowling than the team India sent. None of Henry-McCleanaghan-NcCullum-Sodhi-Neesham are proven decent ODI bowlers; while Bhuvneshwar Kumar was...and Harbhajan has loads of experience.

Milne is in the squad. Miffed he isnt playing today.

Henry has proven a lot more than Milne though. The problem is we don't have a spinner that is any good and Jane is done as an international bowler. Fluked a good first 18 months but has been laughably bad since.

Seems like henry and mclenaghan have fizzled out after some super-hot starts to their careers. But yeah....none of these guys have an x-factor in their bowling right now. At least Milne's extra pace would give the Zimbabweans something to worry about. This current NZ attack is pretty toothless.

Jane = McCleneghan?

Weird choice of attack. Surely you'd at least play one of Wheeler/Milne?

Go Zim go! They haven't managed to convert several decent positions into wins recently, hope the pull this off.

Why did Chigumbura come in ahead of Sean Williams btw. Williams is a total gun. Should be batting in the top 5.

I'm more surprised at Zim not being able to close this out any sooner than NZ's ineffective bowling attack. By the way cmmon no speedgun?? Horrible.

That was the single worst bowling performance I have ever seen from a Black Caps unit. In 23 years of watching. Absolutely pathetic.

Its quite telling when you realize that Zimbabwe didn't look threatened from our bowling since the beginning. I expect a lot of change to the bowling in the next ODI. This was dreadful to watch....its like none of the bowlers were troubling the ZIM batsmen at all out there.
