Back in Chennai now.:(

Had briyani at least 3 days a week when I was back there. Saturdays at Paradise and Sundays at Bawarchi(real one. lol @ the yellow and green ones).
Haha. Wasn't in Hyderabad when you messaged me, haven't been there in ages, really want to go back mostly for the biryani.

Lived a 5 min walk away from Bawarchi at RTC crossroads for the first 15 years of my life, was pretty much brought up on their Biryani. Paradise is still good but it used to be the food of the heavens before opening up half a dozen branches.

Nah Biriyani > everything
Shami agrees!

"[He is a] very simple person," Das says. "Very fond of sleeping, very fond of eating biryani. In every match against a big team - Town v East Bengal, Town v Mohun Bagan - whenever he was playing, if we needed two urgent wickets, I used to tell him, 'Shami, phaad de yaar [Burst through them].' 'Biryani?' he would ask. 'Yes, I will give biryani.' 'Achha gaind do [Okay give me the ball]'." And he would get the wickets.

Foot landed behind and slide for me. Faulkner sledging him walking off the field. Sums up him and their team as a whole.
