still out though.Live looked like going down leg. Also sounded like two noises.

Yea, if Pak had made 270 odd, that catch would've been crucial, but it's just not enough runs considering how deep Aus bat.Do you really think this? I don't at all.
Well in fairness I did say live pre-HawkEye. The fact that HawkEye thinks it's umpire's call means that it's a fair enough call.doubt the margin of error would be that huge with hawkeye, he was on the backfoot. definitely hitting the stumps.
watI think batsmen who walk across the stumps get similar treatment from umpires to batsmen who pad up without playing a shot. If you're trying to take the stumps out of play you lose the benefit of the doubt.
They bat deep in terms of finishing.Yea, if Pak had made 270 odd, that catch would've been crucial, but it's just not enough runs considering how deep Aus bat.
ump's call, pretty much shaving/clipping the stumpsHad to go outside and take the washing off the line, so I missed the hawkeye. Was it "umpires call" or full ball hitting the stumps?
Faulkner, notoriously bad in pressure situations. They bat deep in terms of finishing.
Not in terms of surviving pressure situations and good bowling.
Yea but they'd sputter through to 200 still I think.. Smith was the crucial wicket - he got out after he did his job. They bat deep in terms of finishing.

you sound madIf it's not out then maybe just give Smith out when it's missing off by 6 inches since that's where the **** bats
I just don't agree. Momentum would have been massively in Pakistan's favour and Wahab was bowling brilliantly - it could have lead to another wicket in his spell.Yea, if Pak had made 270 odd, that catch would've been crucial, but it's just not enough runs considering how deep Aus bat.
Yeah this. Can't stand this "oh Smith was unlucky" The ball was hitting the stumps, end of.still out though.
it was about 40% of the ball hitting.ump's call, pretty much shaving/clipping the stumps
