Exactly & furthermore in 1992, NZ couldn't even dream of winning one ODI game vs. Pakistan in the subcontinent, let alone a series. Yet our 2015 mob just beat Pakistan in a ODI series in the UAE, without McCullum, Southee & Boult. You actually followed Pakistan ODI team in the last few years? Have you seen how few games and series they have won?
Did you watch how they went about chasing 300 against the West Indies and Pakistan?
Yup, you can be rest assured his opposing skipper won't be 9 off 30..misbah doing a great job by really stepping on the gas
I don't understand why I would have to replace anyone? I'm talking purely in terms of the talent they posses coming into international cricket. It took Rohit Sharma years before he began to justify the talent he has, Virat Kohli in his first few years was a 20 off 40 and out player. Raina, Dinesh Karthik and Robin Uthappa were all given debuts at a young age based on being talented youngsters and dropped soon after, in DK's and Robin's case they still haven't managed to cement a place in the side (although they weren't given as big a leash as Rohit).C'mon Contra, let's be honest, you're not even convincing yourself there.
Tell me who of your current Indian batting line-up you'd replace with one of these Pakistani batsmen.....
Yeah thought so ...............
he'll be 30 off 9 more likeYup, you can be rest assured his opposing skipper won't be 9 off 30..
guys guys we're forgetting the important question:I don't understand why I would have to replace anyone? I'm talking purely in terms of the talent they posses coming into international cricket. It took Rohit Sharma years before he began to justify the talent he has, Virat Kohli in his first few years was a 20 off 40 and out player. You can't be telling me that someone like Umar Akmal can't become as good as the best ODI bats India have at present, I'm not saying he will, but the potential is there. You can just look at England's ODI players and for the longest time they simply didn't have guys who could achieve the next level of batsmenship in limited overs cricket, the Cook, Bell, Ballance, and so many more from previous years and I knew that they were average players who would score occasionally but never had the talent to go beyond it with their limited game.
Obviously doesn't trust Duminy enough to give him the full 10.when SA have so many bowling options why does abdv want to bowl himself?
Wants to come in to bat with a huge runs required-balls remaining differential so he can show how godly he is chasingwhy the **** is abdv trying to bowl?
can't miller and faf also turn their arms over?Obviously doesn't trust Duminy enough to give him the full 10.
What a handy thing a proper all-rounder can be.
