So yeah I have no idea what to think about who might do what in this tournament anymore. Came inside to see Pakistan 7 down, then realised it was the second dig and they were chasing 310 against a team who could barely buy a wicket against Ireland.

Pakistan will probably beat South Africa next.

Yeah that Pakistani top order performance was some seriously village batting. Credit to the West Indians for bowling a good length and getting a bit of swing but come on. How many of those shots were just poor ones from the Pakistanis?

If you just look at how well 6/7/8 batted after that it makes it all the worse.

I'm not saying it was anything other than a mighty spell, I'm just saying they played him terribly. It wasn't Akram type swing is what I'm saying. It was quality though.

People are forgetting Zimbabwe here, they must have been looking at Pakistan last night and rubbing their hands in glee. Lets not forget they are rightfully slight favourites with the bookies to beat Ireland also.

Younis khan is not a proven ODI player. Since the beginning of 2009 he has one century in 85 matches, and averages a majestic 25. His average is also under 20 in World Cup Cricket and in Australia and NZ.
