Bloody hell, Bournemouth and Brentford are doing well. It'd be fantastic to see both in the Premier League. Both with home grounds of ~12,000 capacity.

Don't worry rBentford have had moire matches on Sky than Man u over the last 10 seasons or so, reckon they'd be able to afford a 50,000 stadia easily.

I really hope this was a playground slur and not just a typo.
Unfortunately a typo, I'm not that clever.

Anyway, this is heartwarming stuff. Saw it on Facebook too, and his son posted that the flying pig was genuinely happy about the reaction to this as he felt he'd been a bit forgotten in Liverpool's rise.

We will have to put seats in as well so it will actually be more like 9,000 which would be a little silly really.

Not that it is going to happen anyway.

Yeah he took ****e commentary to a whole other level tonight. Ruined what should have been a really fun watch.

Atletico though.

Harry Kane's start to 2015 has been unbelievable. I think we were clearly the better team and deserved the 3 points.

The evolution of Spurs from a one man team to a two man team has been impressive this season.

Yeah, genuinely think young Harold could be the real McCoy.

Has to be good news for the national team, he said through gritted teeth.
Not least with Rooney evolving into a deeper lying role. And I'm not going to take too much persuading that Kane has a better all-round game than Sturridge.

Elsewhere, did anyone else see Nigel Pearson's extraordinary treatment of Palace's James McCarthur? Dire game, tbf, so I couldn't blame you for missing it.
But for mine, Pearson has to face a lengthy touchline ban for that.

His 'I can look after myself' line was amazing for anyone that listens to Football Weekly.
Which I don't, so you'll need to explain it to me if have a spare moment. But he did sound incredibly thuggish when interviewed about the incident on MOTD.

For those who haven't seen it, McCarthur accidentally knocked Pearson over after taking a tumble via a 50/50 challenge on the touchline. So far, no problem. The whole thing was an accident, and even Pearson putting his hands on McCarthur's throat wasn't the end of the world as it all seemed quite playful. But then Pearson held on to the player's arm to stop him re-entering the game. And it lasted quite a while, until one of the Leicester City assistants stepped in.

McCarthur showed immense restraint. He'd have been well within his rights to give Pearson a right ear-bashing, but just got on with it once he'd been allowed to get back on with the game.

They always discuss who is the hardest manager and Pearson is normally comes out on top, also the leading contender for burying a dead body.

The whole thing was just bloody weird really, easily as bad as what Pardew did last year.
