When I coach the kids, we always have a plan of bowling fullish on off stump. I know it's boring but I always tell them to do it. Occasionally they get bored and ask what I want them to do and I always say "Stick to the plan. The plan is the plan because the plan works. The plan has worked for 150 years, and the plan will work for another 150 years after you're all dead. Which will be today if you don't stick to the plan".

It goes in the box with backing up properly, calling when you run between the wickets and being properly set on your toes in the field. Incredibly simple. Incredibly infuriating when it doesn't happen.
