What? If we are talking about rain in the coming days then you can always declare overnight? If anything SA could have squeezed another 15-20 possible runs with De Kock hitting sixes by the time the rain came....
I agree in hindsight. All we ended up losing is 4-7 overs in the end that we may as well have batted out for 25-50 more runs. That we never got to bowl anyway.

My premise is I'm more worried about not having enough time due to rain than not bowling WI out twice under our score. Maybe I underrate the WI batting but I absolutely don't see there being any prospect of a WI victory, and quite frankly I didn't back WI to avoid the follow-on. Although surviving this first new ball is a good start for them.

First I'm seeing of Brathwaite.. I love his technique and presence.. his record isn't too shabby for a 22 year old opener either.

God in Pakistan recently out on the field Reiffel was a complete not-outer - pretty much every umpire's call was in the batsman's favour. Don't know what he saw there to make him so bowler friendly...

How do third umpires get this stuff wrong so often these days? Deserve to be fired. Get younger guys who aren't blind and stupid.

That review was... Faulty

I think the fault was wiith the footage and sound that was not in synced properly. Poor.

There was clearly two sounds though.

That was a disgraceful decision. I hope management make a right fuss of it afterwards. We're having a hard enough time as it is without things like that going against us. There is simply no excuse for TV umpires getting things that badly wrong.

Hold strong boys. In the past when something like that happens the whole team gets affected by it and displays zero mental fortitude. Now would be the time to change that!

Philander is so good to watch. Keeps bowling like a machine on a good length.

The commentary and broadcasting from SA has been excellent. Best in recent times.

They used to be yeah. Thing is you have Bishop and Holding too which makes the actual broadcasting team fine to listen to. Haysman is fine to listen to. Mbangwa can be annoying but the thing is most of the times they are all talking cricket.

I think we'll come to question the four pacer line-up if we dont see wickets soon. Without Duminy it's going to put a lot of strain on the four pacers.
