Was pre World Series so any coverage was the old ABC, a camera at one end only job. I've not seen much of it but I watched it as a kid and remember no one could believe how quick he and the whole WI scored that test.was it ever on tv? would be good to watch
Harris is highly unlikely to have made any difference to the 4-0 pasting the Aussies copped in India or indeed the current series. The problem is Australia's batting line up just doesn't have the quality it used to - the fact that Australia have relied on substandard players like Watson, Ed Cowan or average guys like Doolan , Rogers, Shaun Marsh and Haddin attests to this. Even Mitchell Marsh imo is only a reasonable rather than a stand out talent. Australia will always be strong in pace friendly conditions but when their pace advantage is nullified they will be vulnerable.Watson took 11 wickets at 10.6 in 2 tests last time we played pakistan. He gets a lot of reverse. Overall is ~18 average.
On how much Harris matters
Since clarke became captain (2011) Australia has won 12 lost 4 drawn 3 with Harris. Without him they have won 7 lost 9 drawn 4. They take ~5 runs more without him to get a wicket.
Away it is even worse

The Wallabies, easily. They're **** all the time, home and away, full strength or injury hit. Lowest (barely) mainstream national team Australia puts on the park.Which team is the worst: Wallabies, Kangaroos or Baggy Greens?
