****ing hell. Arsenal are actually going to be good this season. Was hoping they'd sign no-one again, and fall behind, as saw them as one of the sides Everton could potentially catch if they didn't improve. This signing, and the prospect of Ramsey, Walcott, Ox, Ozil, Wilshere and Sanchez going forward is pretty scary. Damn you Wenger, why you buy early? Why fix something that was broken? WAC.

So these are the people that run our game. So basically he wants people that dive to be sent off, but he doesn't want video tech to help prove it.

So anyone with half-a-brain knows exactly what is going to happen next. Someone will get fouled in the box, the ref will decide it's a dive. A team loses a legitimate penalty shout and a player.

Retrospective action is the way, but for some reasons the powers-that-be don't like that. Undermines the Ref. Yes because the ref getting tons of wrong decisions doesn't undermine them.

Oh and BBC it was a ****ing penalty:@

Hate to make the Arsenal fans cry, but Sanchez is not even the best ex-Barcelona forward in the Prem, now Bojan has apparently signed for Stoke.......

I just don't know how we'd get them all in. Could also be the beginning of the death of Wilshere's Arsenal career.

Would much rather a proper DM anyway.

I know you love him but he would be an upgrade on Arteta. Think him and Ramsey would work nicely together.

Agreed about Stones and the new 'khedira isn't a DM' brigade are beginning to grate on me. Yeah, he has enough technical ability to carry the ball forward and do other things and isn't a complete water carrier like Mascherano or Gustavo but it's a role he's more than adept enough in

I always find fans complaining about buying players in positions they don't need a little strange anyway, with all due respect.

If it's at the expense of positions you need then sure, but why not both?

Then why doesn't he just replace Alonso at RM (who's been pretty poor in recent months)? He's leaving because he's not at the Kroos/Modric level of CMs.

It's a lot of money. Transfers aren't all good; if you spend a lot of money somewhere you don't need that limits your ability to spend in other areas or further down the line.
