Not looking so good this morning - our 3rd/4th/5th bowlers getting exposed by the looks of things. Can't afford to concede more than another 100.

Yeah, we're up **** creek.

We find ourselves in the exact situation most of us feared before this game (and series, really). Playing two spinners at the expense of your third seamer really leaves you nowhere to go once the ball gets old and the batsmen aren't troubled by your spinners.

Impressive batting, though. Brathwaite making a statement.

Looks like I'm tasting it this morning

Major issue is we're a two pronged bowling attack, we're getting nothing out of three of our bowlers and have Wagner sitting on the bench... early morning luck and a lot of those play and misses would've been wickets. Now its looking like the Windies will put on a lead and strangle us.

Congrats to Braithwaite on his performance so far. I didn't rate him after his showing down here, but he can clearly bat.

Anderson isn't a better bowler. Jimmy has almost twice the FC wickets at almost 7 runs a pop less.
I'm going to need more evidence than domestix stats. He hasn't looked like a test bowlers asshole in the tests he's played.

Neesham has 60 FC wickets at 32 and that's probably a little generous as his best bowling of 5/65 was against declaration hitting from memory. Undoubted talent and he's improved rhythm and speed markedly since debut, though I don't really understand why he is so inaccurate - fairly easy action and rhythm that looks like it should be consistent, but isn't.

Hadn't realised there was a rain interruption earlier in the day, explains why we still don't have the second new ball.

Any chance of rain? :(

As expected, Wagners absence comes back to hurt us as Sodhi and Neesh wheel out the pies in the afternoon. Worst of all we've leaked runs so fast that WI are going to be in a position to declare quite early tomorrow.
