Tbh NZ played five one dayers and had a very tough warm-up match last time against a side featuring Shilly, Roach, Deonarine etc...and they just about hung on for a draw it was that tough...but it didn't really help them in the tests in the end.

39/1 now..not sure if it's Thomas or Campbell who's gone....Wagner got the wicket.
EDIT: Campbell has gone...happy it wasn't Thomas as he's the prospect we're all watching out for interms of the A-team.

Thanks Kippax, that footage explains a lot. Sodhi is not a big turner of his leggie at all and yet it is going miles. Some relatively ordinary spinners on the Jamaica team were causing problems earlier too by the sound of it.
I don't like pitches like this, it sums up our domestic cricket because it makes ordinary spinners look like demons and most of the batsmen look bad I(even if most of them are anyway!).
