Wood has an odd run up. Very short, crouches into it then seems to practically leap at the crease.

His arm action seems to generate most of his pace. Which is decent, especially for a first over after a side strain.

Onions looking short of a gallop. No movement at all.

Annoying 10th wicket stand aside, great day for the Bears so far. Batting line up really is poor though.

Mustard

Goes down the leg side for a ball that hits the pads, then jumps a metre to his right and appeals

Watson got scared back in 05 when the Australians stayed there because he is afraid of ghosts
Really, you don't say.

Anyway been really disappointed with Durham's bowling, they've in general been about half-a-yard short. Top stuff from Lyth and Kane, but Wood, Onions, Rushworth been wholly unimpressive. Wood has an excuse at least.

You can see why Onions hasn't been pulling up trees recently, put a line through him for England, unless he improves on this.

Speaking of England Lewis Gregory pushing his way forward in an inexorable fashion.

Rushworth has been especially wayward. Really though I 'd say Durham should be kicking themselves over the drops, which is the main reason they've frittered away some good bowling conditions.

Still been a top knock from Peanut, who's punished the bad ball beautifully.

I was about to post somemthing along the lines of 'about time KW stood up and got some runs', turns out he's got two fifties so far without me noticing at all, which I suppose is to his credit.

Man, that's a pretty desperate delivery with a new nut. Short, wide long hop that Gale duly dispatches.

Ooops and Sanga shells the next one. Much better ball, attacking the stumps, Gale pushes forward and the great man drops a dolly at third slip.

Ha, Rushworth castles Williamson first up. 97. Ouch. Think he's just missed a straight one. Maybe came back v slightly.

Another rank half tracker gets Bluey off a blob. Doesn't quite nail the cut, but good enough for three.

Onions really not at it today.

Well if Sky performances count double, I think we can safely say that Onions has been doubly ****e.
