I can genuinely sleep easy now. <3Haha yeah definitely no doubt about that.
Internet Download Manager automatically gets the url for me when I visit the live stream page (because it thinks I want to save it basically, which could also come in handy if I wanted to record part of a game), but I'm sure there are other, possibly easier ways to do that as well. Once you get the url that starts with something like rtmp:// then you can just go into VLC, going into "Open Stream" and paste that url in.how does one do this?
Nope.Is the Shield Final on Foxtel?
Yeah I must say, this has been a massive success:CA Board outcomes March 2014
CA changes in Sheild and Grade.
That's been great. What I don't like the sound of is this:The points system review complements a move made ahead of this season’s Bupa Sheffield Shield to ensure domestic pitches better reflect Test match conditions. That move has seen the average duration of Shield matches increase from 289 overs to 338 overs per game. It has also resulted in more than 1000 extra overs of spin bowling and more than 100 extra spin wickets this year compared with last season. The change has also resulted in a 20 per cent increase in hundreds scored.
The points system is already massively biased towards outright results in that it doesn't offer teams who deny the opposition any points at all. This is what created the situation we had whereby state teams were preparing green tops that didn't mirror Test wickets in order to ensure results in the first place. Making it even more outright orientated would be complete madness; as far as I'm concerned the same amount of total points should be allocated to each match. Having contrived results with teams declaring twice and losing or offering up declaration bowling is in no way good for the game. The fact that these games only go for four days and the fact that there's already a massive outright win incentive is enough.Directors endorsed a recommendation to adopt a new points system for future seasons of the Bupa Sheffield Shield, subject to further consultation with State Associations. This involves considering a range of options to better reward positive, attacking cricket. Further discussion on this issue will be held at CA’s May Board Meeting.
