13 wickets in the day. Its a sticky pitch and slow outfield but it really isn't that bad. Some shocking batting from both sides as well as excellent bowling. Virtually every bowler in the match has been good.

Good test match this. Really really enjoyed the build up to the Steve Smith dismissal in particular. Rogers deserves some hard questions from his captain for his shot selection on his dismissal.

Told my Dad we needed to throw a wide one after some really tight excellent bowling from Broad literally as he delivered it. Was a really good set up.

we all knew australia had this performance in them though, didn't we? think only harris has been out to a decent ball and even then he should have been able to cope with it.

This kind of comment reminds me of what English posters (myself included) said in the home Ashes series. Sure not many of the wicket taking balls were great balls but the overall pressure exerted was what brought the wickets.
