Not that I'd want to get into a technical debate about it but would respectfully disagree in English conditions. Aussies hate seeing that sort of leave and certainly a good player needs to adapt their leaves here (you're right that it'll get you in real trouble with the bounce) but in England where you're looking to play or leave late, getting the bat inside the line works better than getting it above your head.Agree with Chappelli on the leaves...it just looks like a way to get yourself into trouble if it moves a bit.
