Go home, Hindi commentators. You are drunk. Since they don't know enough hindi phrases, words and metaphors, they end up saying ridiculous things. The only time they make sense is when they are apologetically using English in between. All because of the fact that ex-cricketers just have to get in the act somehow. Gtfo. Let some good radio guys through who know what they are talking about.
Yeah they just literally translate English phrases into Hindi. One hilarious example was when someone said "bat ka chehra khola" when meaning to say "opened the face of the bat". WTF. It sounded like someone used a screwdriver to open up somebody's skull.

slightly off topic but I downloaded an app full of Hindi phrases and it wasn't till a few weeks after using said phrases that someone had the heart to tell me what everyone was giggling about.

It wasn't my pronunciation, it was that I was using the feminine verbs.

Bat ka chehra khola just became my favorite phrase. That's so dire. Why can't they get someone who properly speaks Hindi? Who cares if they played Test cricket? I'm sure there are hundreds of qualified professional broadcasters, or if you must have former players, untold numbers of former FC cricketers who can speak Hindi eloquently.

Very impressive stuff from India. Kohli is in incredible form, not to mention Pujara. So much batting talent in India. You need to start exporting like South Africa does.
