Really does look like he can't hack it when captains and bowlers aren't restricted with overs and field placements. Do the Vic's have no better options?

Problem is we need another 45 like them. ****ing woeful effort from the bats and with the tail we have I'd want another 100 from this partnership before we could even think of first inning points. Great to see Patterson get some along with Copes though.

Rohrer needs runs badly and Henry really does need to **** or get off the pot. He's not quite Finch terribad but eventually the call will be made that he just ain't up to it.

And speaking of Finch, who is the dude sensibly putting together an opening stand for the Vics and what has he done with Arun?

Really sad news about Lucas North, tragic.

In other news I'm really happy to see Patterson get a decent hit out in the middle, hoping this is the start of a productive FC career and possibly higher honours.

Fawad took 3 wickets for under 50 at a decent economy rate I see, about time Lyon got replaced IMO
