Yesssss. What a morning indeed.

Congrats on Ryan Carters for producing the big performance from the home team. He must be a decent chance of keeping axed NSW wicket keeper out of the Shield team.

83% balls deep in taste.

Nice attempt Benchy. So you think every time someone not rated highly scores, it's a 1% tasting? Luckily you are known as the 00 man who never scores.

Balls Deep
The point is that you were 17 parts of 100 away from being balls deep in taste.

Your assertion of Nevill being miles away from international selection is evidence that he actually is closer to international selection than you think.

Your defence is that he's not NSW's first choice keeper, which although is correct, is irrelevant. When was the last time Peter Nevill missed out on a first class fixture because Brad Haddin was available?

It's like saying, for argument sake, that Josh Hazelwood would be miles away from international selection just because Bollinger, Cummins, Starc are in front of him for NSW. As long as he performs and is playing consistently, which Nevill is just as much as any other first choice first class keeper, then he is in the running. The fact that he outperforms all other first choice keepers means he's close to international selection should Haddin go down.

Tasty tasty.

No 100 for Nevill.
