one day C9 will have Brett Lee, Glenn McGrath and Matthew Hayden do a commentary stint together and we will all kill ourselves

It is in collapse like this that it becomes clear how bad an idea it is for Dhoni to be playing so low. There is not a great deal he can do from here even if he plays best of his knocks. If he played at #4 the situation very likely wouldn't have been this bad. Raina is not a #4. But Dhoni has this annoying habit of playing batsmen where they aren't fit.

Well India wouldn't get to a 320 which would have been a good total. That's what I mean. He is doing great repair job but nothing would have likely broken if Dhoni played higher. Besides there was a chance that he ran out of partners, which fortunately hasn't happened.
