*Official* Fourth Test at Chester-le-Street

Spot of good fortune that.

Neither side with any reviews and Tony Hill at one end. This isn't going to end well.

that one looked a bit high and was maybe sliding down leg as well. Anyways this is a massive collapse after such an excellent start.

it's ****ing absurd.

an international ****ing side should not be losing four wickets in five overs on this pitch against an old ball. one or two? yes, england have bowled extremely well. but four? **** off..

Got to give Broad, Bresnan and Cook a bit of credit here, he took off Swann, when I couldn't quite understand why, and these two have bowled well in tandem, stopped giving easy runs and the pressure has tolled.

let's break it down though: Warner and Clarke got great balls, Watson got a ball right in his danger area, good bowling again, Smith forearmed a ball onto his stumps, unlucky, if poorly played and Haddin was unlucky to have been given, again if poorly played (let's compare this to Bresnan this morning.........). I'm not too upset. Disappointed sure, and already blaming luck, but I think on the whole a lot of it is fairly forgiveable and/or fairly understandable (bar Usman). England fought back well. They landed the ball in the rights spots and got a bit of luck.
