My beef with the decision (and in some ways I don't realllllly care) is that there wasn't the forward planning to select a better option for this match OR by giving Rogers another bat. It just seems as though they could have kept someone back from the Australia A tour so he could play this match and then join/rejoin the Africa tour after the completion of the match.

Yeah, I'm a bit miffed by the Aussie management's treatment of their last FC hit-out for the tour. Tends to confirm they pick blokes for the whole series which leaves them little room to move if things don't go to plan.

Boof in the nets is a lovely sight, though.
