Watching the football, following on cricinfo, can someone explain this:

Siddle to Rahane, 1 leg bye, sconed him. This is superb bowling. Accurate bouncer, Rahane's eyes are off this and he ducks into the bouncer. Hit flush on the top of the helmet. Not the most auspicious of beginnings. Gets a leg-bye to third man. There is no way this should be given leg-bye, though

Rampaul got him edging most times IIRC.

And short ball wasn't as effective on atleast 2 of the last 3 grounds.

Probably means that the batting side shouldn't benefit from being 'hit' - so he thinks it should be a dead ball or the like.

I think Matthew wade and David Warner have got it the wrong way round......you need to establish yourself as a good players before you start trying to intimidate the opposition

Everything aside, Vijay's scored 420 runs despite I considering him mediocre and most others rating him terrible before the series began.
