***Official*** England in India

Starts 05:00 local time so its my usual get up time minus an hour, doable. I even may be able to watch first hour and a half undisturbed by them :D

I see Cribb has moved onto a more hardcore bookie's.

Anyway, of course England will win it, goes without saying etc etc

Just came across this stat - India has not lost an away test series for eight and a half years since last beaten by the all conquering Australians in 2004. I know this might not be an all-time record or anything but it's an amazing feat for a test nation which not only plays a solid amount of test cricket but also one which has been for most of those nine years one with many glaring loopholes.
Home you mean?

Away series turn you on?
It was an error in speech interpreted as occurring due to some sub-conscious, dynamically repressed subdued wish or desire.

ATMU, The populist usage of the term usually refers to ***ual innuendo but it originally can be used for any slip of tongue.

(But yes, I am usually turned on by away series. Particularly to South Africa)

I have abandoned any pretensions of watching Aus-SA and am going to devote myself to this series. I figure that it should fit in reasonably well with normality... 9pm-4am is pretty much the same as midnight-7am...

Looking forward to catching the start tomorrow, Can only watch three days after which I have to fly to Delhi and then work begins for the next 30 days and the Supreme Court lawyer under whom I am working told me that he has three ground rules - 1. There are no timings in litigation, 2. There are no sundays in litigation, 3. There are no sick leaves in litigation. Sounds very fun. :(
Did he add 4. There is no sense in litigation.. ? :p

Not watching any of this and how typical that the first Test series we play where I have a job that involves driving long distances and yet I'm on a train to London so no TMS. ****.

Yes he is a batsman, he may not be a batsman you rate particularly highly (shrewdly reading between the lines) but his primary discipline is with the bat.
