Think a 9 v 9 is much less of a farce than the 20 v 5 or 6 we sometimes see. We got badly shafted in the 2010 WC against the Windies. Think we scored 190-ish from memory and the Windies had to chase 60-odd from 5.

DL hasn't got to grips with 2020 yet.

When the T20 WC was here in 09 I think NZ-Scotland was 7 each.

Made worse by the fact that another match followed on the same ground that was 20 each. Aus-Windies possibly.

Obviously there were reasons why it was that way but jeez. Pretty funny.

Enjoyed the 09 T20. Quality tournament.

Yeah, I went to those matches (at the Oval). Never understood either why they made it 7 and 20. OTOH, it all resulted in Gayle plundering the Aussies.

Horrible innings, England would have been massive favourites to chase this - just what England didn't need.
