Keeper's catch and again KVW doesn't go for it. Just bizarre.
That's a serious issue that needs to be fixed asap.

Fmd, catch between keeper and first slip is not good. So much debate about keepers' batting - we just need someone who can catch!

Didn't look like he was going anywhere this innings, but it's amazing how he still scored 47 off 41.

Anyways NZ right in this game, I get the feeling that the Indian openers don't really rate NZ and we're getting too complacent. Can't lose any more wickets till lunch.

So that's 12 runs KVW needs to make up for when he bats.

I've never seen a keeper who won't dive towards first slip. Usually the problem is the keeper diving in front of first slip too much.
If he can't fix that then he will just have to be dropped.

Relief for Van Wyk - at least Guptill can catch. Sounds like a pretty loose innings from Sehwag and it's really nice to have India two down so quickly

Bad uneven bounce already. First session of the first day. This game will have a result for sure.

not carrying.. played with soft hands though. Bowlers do have something to work it from the looks of it.

I'd say honours are about even after the first session.

Tendulkar looks like he's settling in for a long one, which is ominous for NZ.
