He's picked it up in this spell for sure.
Funny what a bit of rhythm can do, stated it around 80mph and then when the ball started to reverse he got a bit quicker.

Just looking at cricinfo, he started at 126 kph and finished at 142..

I actually do think he has a point with the speed guns this summer, they've been all over the place.

Time to give Broad a rest and bring back Jimmy. Jimmy will make that ball reverse swing again, as it has stopped since Broad started banging it in half way down the pitch.

Yes just not well thought through at all, they got the ball reversing & took a wicket, new batsmen came in and then started the short pitch stuff that looks to have ****ed the ball up, from the looks of the pictures when it went to the boundary.

Short to Kallis early on is a good tactic. Not so sure against Amla, though.
Nah, it's mindless

Kallis doesnt have a weakness to short pitched bowling but most batsmen dont like facing reverse swing bowled at good pace and especially when they first come to the wicket
