Should we call the waahmbulance for you if he does?Plenty of opportunity for Finn to get some tailenders soon you'd hope.
I smirked tbh, and it was my post he was taking the piss out of. Seriously wasn't bad.No surprise Benchy would laugh at that ****
I think they check to see if you're drifting towards senility and then grant membership. What's the waiting list for MCC membership these days?

He's just undercutting a heap of them at the moment, not getting that bit of dip that allows him to drag the batsman forward. It's crazy how much more credit Swann gets than what he deserves. He tried to spin that ball that went straight on as much as the one prior, just didn't get the seam right. Then everyone goes crazy about how good of a ball it was.
He has a 'UFO' ball which is designed to slide on more, but so does pretty much every off spin bowler ever, and that ball he bowled wasn't it.
If you watch his right hip he's not going over his front leg, it's too flat. He's just undercutting a heap of them at the moment, not getting that bit of dip that allows him to drag the batsman forward.
Now listen here..Burgey reaching for his membership forms aws.
It's definitely at least partly Swann. It'd be obvious even if you were cut off from the footage right before each ball pitched that he's not bowling anywhere near his best. He's not pivoting properly which means he's not getting through his action and therefore putting less work on the ball overall, and his release is terrible. He's always had a deliberate undercutter that he uses as a skiddy straight-on-er but the difference between the seam of that delivery and the seam of his off break has become almost nothing. As a result he's bowling - as Jack said - undercutters every ball with virtually no overspin/drop. And those are the good balls; when he gets it wrong the seam scrambles completely.5 fer... oh wrong game sorry.
Swann's form is certainly a concern. The thing is with virtually every orthodox finger spinner over the past 10-15 years they'd tended to struggle a lot more once they get to the 100/150 wicket mark. Teams seem to develop better plans against them. Not sure how much is Swann and how much is that phenomenon.
