Well, that's that I think, no blame for KP there, but was always gonna be a big ask, guess they'll consolidate for a bit now, and see what happens later on if it they don't lose any more wickets.

Yep had to give it a crack, play each ball on it's own merit now.

YEP. Cmon SA, lets ****ing DO THIS.

I should have put a 5er on the extremely unlikely (earlier) of SA winning. All 3 possibilities are up in the air now. (Draw still most likely though)

This is a far better contest between the top 2 Test sides, and long may Test cricket reign supreme.

Peed off the missus though, came home and just turned off her DVD with nothing more than "Sorry love, cricket's on"

Was funny, I was just about to post that KP should really go after Philander, who has fallen apart against aggressive batting many times in ODIs. Then that happens, and I look like a prick

I don't see any sound reasoning behind opening with Morkel in this innings whatsoever. In the past innings Strauss opened and so Smith could hang his hat on playing on the hoodoo, but with Pietersen opening and SA needing to really rip and tear it's ridiculous to think you've got Steyn cooling his heels.

England would probably have won.
Hard to say, rain breaks have changed the nature of the pitch, and safe to say there was a little complacency in the South African batting, Broad bowled brilliantly, but 3 wickets to KP?

Doubt it, if there was no rain Sa would have batted more cautiously ...

Little disappointing that england is not even trying to chase this.

it will be a draw...
