man i thought the ump paid a free for milne taking his eyes off the ball and making contact (if slight), arm contact though.....geeeeee

Nah, he did everything right. At first sight, thought it was a chopping of the arms, but the replay made me think otherwise.

He did it as good as a bloke can running back with the flight. Bloody awful kick from Kosi though.
I have no idea how you can't see that it's a free kick. Once you strike the arms (and I think he did just above the shoulder) in a marking contest like that it's a free kick every single time, it just isn't as blatant as some because O'Brien held his arms in a stronger manner. It's probably a mix between front on contact and the former for mine, but have no problem with the free being paid.

Nah, any contact was beneath the arms, it wasn't a chopping the arms free kick.

Because he didn't have his eyes not the ball the whole time, front on contact was probably right (even though that's not what was paid) - a 60/40, but I think that rule is too sensitive at times on the guy running back with the flight, you have to be allowed to try and spoil the ball from that position, as long as you aren't trying to take out the player himself.
