**Official** West Indies in England 2012

An English player would not have been given any leeway.

I haven't seen many (actually any) in the English press making excuses for Bairstoww - if anything they've overeacted.

"Totally fooled Bell"

The ball turned slowly, Bell whipped it off the middle of the bat and it hit Barath just above the left boot. He did well to get a hand near it.

Didn't look fooled to me.
Erm

25.5: Narine to Bell, no run, 51.2 mph, turned to short leg, cry of catch, did this carry? Yes it did, very very low sharp chance but it does go down
Thats from cricinfo and it was SPOT ON, the ball went in and out of Barath's hands quickly which goes down as a DROPPED CHANCE, Bell was deceived a doosra which forced the edge, it's that simple.

Also Bumble made a plea ON SKY for people to "leave him alone as he's only had three tests!!.. Nasir and the others were making excuses for him aswell plus Bumble had the nerve to say Bairstow "looks like Pieterson" which gave me a good laugh  , if you didn't see it then that's your fault, not mine.

.
It was an off break8-).

Bell read it easily and worked it comfortably with a bottom hand flick from the middle (or damn near the middle) of the bat8-)

He was not deceived at all.

It's that simple.

And the cricinfo comment doesn't say otherwise does it?

Probably annoyed at missing some easy runs if anything.

You didn't even see the ball go into Barath's hands so needless to say i'm not surprised you don't think Bell got deceived!! .

So someone has to be a "cricket player" to tell when a batsmen gets done by flight and turn? ok then!! 8-) .

Well it clearly helps, obviously you have no idea8-)

From what I saw Narine didn't cause problems in the air or off the pitch for any of the batsmen - and his figures suggest that. He was milked very easily an smacked when it suited them.

Samuels caused far more issues.

I think some West Indies fans are just sulking because this supposed mystery bowler was read like a cheap novel in this match.

Oh, and his supposed 'doosra' (like all of them) does have a straightening in the action but we have a bad Law in place in the game so he'll get away with it if he has any kind of career.

And who are YOU? Graham Gooch?

And what you "saw" is questionable considering you thought Bell's edge off Narine hit Barath's "left shoe" when infact it popped in and out of his hands!! .

And what exactly did the "best spinner in the world" Graeme Swann do on that pitch? he was getting hit for four by the likes of Tino Best so i guess he's not up to much either going by your logic!! 8-) ,

And btw Shane Warne was 1/150 on his debut AT HOME!!.. so i'd hold fire before you write off Narine after half an innings, we'll see what the english batsmen can do when they face him in the ODI's next week.

You clearly have very little understanding of the game so I'll leave you in your happy little world.

I enjoy watching Tino Best bowl, it is a shame he never got the accuracy to be a high quality international bowler. Will hopefully get to see him during the ODIs though, which will be good.

Seeing as you're continuing to claim something off the middle of the bat was the edge, you can hardly comment about questioning someone else's view of something.

Well he tried to play it to leg side but it DID seem to get part of the edge of his bat to me!!..regardless he was still fooled by the ball imo.
