A lot of the database stuff is done automatically by the software I've created. I just have to put the players in the right teams, then enter their bowling styles and preferred batting positions. But as I said it'd be updated after the draft was over he can't actually have it yet, as there's an ongoing Test. I'll do all that when the Test is over.Yeah, was surprised that Pews had sent it so quickly.
Edit - Agree with the second part too. Wouldn't do much benefit in terms of trying out players if done with last season's database. Some players might not exist in it too.
Nah, I'm resting Gul and Morkel as I think they're certainties to play in the first match.Struggling for seam options there?
I worry for your bowling attack if Gul is first choice. 11 wickets @ 67.36 in Season 1.Nah, I'm resting Gul and Morkel as I think they're certainties to play in the first match.
tbh I'm more worried about Edwards than him. Should at least be a good support bowler. Who was he playing for?I worry for your bowling attack if Gul is first choice. 11 wickets @ 67.36 in Season 1.
Reliance on your 5th bowler is dependent on the strength of your main attack. Ian Bell probably isn't a great option, however you might get lucky and your bowling attack fires. My only worry is that I don't have a good 5th bowler.
Hoping I should be alright with Stokes at 6. If he doesn't Perform I may be a little shoot though.I don't think I'm ever going to have to worry about bowling options, what with Hussey/Bopara/Sewhag providing more than passable part time options.
