Inter said last week they want him back. Congrats to all the United fans, you're the best for a reason and that reason is a red-nosed **** from Scotland haha.

Can't see Mancini keeping his job, completely lost the plot down the stretch, over-reliant Aguero, Silva (because Nasri is complete puss and I said it along while Arsenal fans tried to tell me he was better than Silva) and Yaya. Didn't pursue a defender, rotated wing-backs like mistresses. Just poor.

Just watching the Utd highlights now.

Quite embarrasing first goal. MOTD trying to justify it a bit, saying that all bar the offside is correct. Have to say it was offside, it wasnt a foul, it wasnt really contact. All in all, a horrid decision and a ****ish bit of play by Young.

No it isn't and it's not very close to it either.
Isn't his greatest achivement or isn't the worst United side in years?

The former's arguable, but can't recall a poorer United side in a decade and a half. Reflects badly on the Prem how easily the title's been won, tbh.

This United is streets better than 04-06 and better than 09-11 as well, I really don't think it's very close, particularly in the former case.

Yeah some quite awful decisions this weekend, Wigan so hard done by and QPR never even given a chance.

I know he had a ridiculous amount of space today but how good was Scholes? Miles ahead of everyone else on the pitch.

Only saw the first half of the second game but it was all so indevitable. Got to ask some questions of Mancini though. He has looked like he has been in a big sulk the last few games and more damaging looks like he has given up and can't really be bothered. I know that is not the reason things have gone downhill but it's a really poor image to project and he did similar things at Inter as well apparently.

Looking back that defeat to Sunderland was really important, Man Utd having somehow lost to Blackburn the day before and City should have won that game easily.

Can't beieve we didn't win that by more. City were abysmal. That was a pure mercenary performance by them.

The Carling Cup final suggested Nasri is not a guy who you want in the trenches when it really matters. He then followed this up by missing a nailed on one on one against Bolton, which if he had scored, we would have been 3 points off top with 4 games to go (we then lost the game).

His entire season at Man City has pretty much proven the above to be correct, we really wont miss him. You guys have a few problems for the summer though.

Now I know I was a big Nasri fan but surely not even I managed to say that? Although Silva has gone missing in a big way tbh.

Well you've certainly changed your tune haven't you...

Well... you've certainly embarassed yourself here in any case.

True, but he's needed ankle surgery since February but they've been putting it off because we're absolute ****e without him. Probably should've just sent him but hindsight is 20/20 of course.

Yeah, I think so too. This one just doesn't tot up too well when people compare it to previous teams position-by-position. Most arguments seem to be along the lines of "well Carrick/Evans/De Gea/Rafael/Welbeck wouldn't get in any of those other teams." But that's not how football works and in practice this team plays far better stuff than any United team post-Ronaldo. And I think it's probably better than any of the teams we built around Van Nistelrooy too.
