I actually always thought that Small was a yard quicker than Doug. He certainly was at u19 level, when he was pretty consistently at or above the 140 mark.

Good to see Broom get a half century and Daniel Flynn is in at the moment so hopefully he gets a big one.

Jarvis is performing well so far for CD.

The key is to sign in and start watching some highlights in your normal way, then copy & paste this link into the tab and hit enter -

There's actually not only highlights in there, click on any match you want, then click on the batsman's figure in the balls column to watch their whole innings, the runs column to watch their run-scoring, etc.

Pleased to see Kyle Jarvis get a gig in a competitive first-class competition. Seems to be repaying the faith shown in him by CD with a five-for in the opening innings. Impressive stuff.

Yeah, seems to be a good bloke with some potential there. It's good to see him finally have a bit of success over here.

Jesse Ryder on 33 off 21 balls with three sixes so far.

Not sure it's a great move for Jarvis though. Blokes of his pace can certainly do well in NZ cricket - see Aldridge, McSkimming, Arnel, Mason etc. But it doesn't necessarily set them up for international stuff. Maybe he should go play grade cricket in Australia on flat decks.
