Poor captaincy really.surprising move to send in the nightwatchman after the KP wicket
Morgan more so than Bell, got a lot of half volleys which he did nothing with. Bell just looked clueless, basically. Can't say that wasn't coming. Morgan and Bell invited so much pressure onto themselves.
Well not yet anyway. Learning how to play for stumps is part of being one I guess. Ask Michael Clarke.Well, he's not a Test player.
As I say that.......
they played Doherty and Beer well tbfLast overs - 3 runs, 9 wickets.
So when do we start to seriously say that the English middle order isn't that much cop against quality spin?

.quality spin
you telling me arm balls at yorker length ain't quality ****?
Hmm you have to wonder how long they can keep relying on Prior to bail the top order out against spin, sooner or later he's going to miss a straight one early on. It'll be interesting to see how much of an advantage England's lower order will be in a situation like this.Fortunately, Prior's a vastly better batsman than Morgan or his opposite number, really. England's lower order should make the difference tomorrow.
Well Morgan is just not much cop, the other two are both rather odd cases, not sure how to judge them right now.Last overs - 3 runs, 9 wickets.
