What's India's next test series does anyone know? I thought we were suppose to play 3 tests against SL (well, at least the FTP says that). But recently I've heard we don't play another test until 7-8 months.
Sri Lanka away in June
New Zealand at home in August-September
England for 4 Tests at home Nov-Dec
Australia for 4 Tests at home Mar-Apr

Bagging AO for being flat is beyond pointless. Srs. Ever been here? It's hot! Hot and dry = dead grass = flat deck.

Rarely does it produce exciting cricket but it is what it is and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

It's good to have different. Lots of good finishes, who can forget Warne in 07

Would be much better to put it in a decent town though

Agree that taking the ageing veterans to England could be foolhardy but Marsh strikes one as too inconsistent and unreliable for a tough tour against the world's best.

Who would you swap him with if/while Watson is injured though? Khawaja has looked way out of his depth to me..

There's been some great test matches played at this ground because the pitch offers good batting in the first three and then spins on the last two making tests last about 4.5 to 5 days. I enjoy Adelaide tests.

The old timers have been bailing out the youngins this series. Ponting might as well have batted at 3 considering how bad Marsh has been.
