Batting Faulkner at three was the big mistake IMO. This was the sort of chase you need Hussey batting from early in the innings. An innings of 80 (65) was more likely to win the match than 38 (27).

Very disappointing end to the Stars campaign. Cameron White needs to play another 5 shots like that to gain any respectability from this chase.

If White is selected as captain of the Australian Twenty20 team it will be a complete farce. Something is seriously wrong with his mental state to be going through this nightmare run of form.

Barely played a decent knock in over a year, has he? To be honest he doesn't exactly have a great technique to fall on when times are hard, so...

Just the most amazing fall from grace. I can remember near twelve months ago all the debate regarding White making the Test team after his century in the tour game.

His highest score since taking on the C in all three forms is 43. This was achieved in a T20 played in the 5 day period between being named captain and actually debuting as captain. He literally looks like he has no idea what he's supposed to be doing. It's stunning to view.
