If there's one bloke you want bowling to a new bat, it's Siddle. Generally bowls the worst possible first ball to face for new batters.

Last year, Hilf, Siddle and MJ couldnt hit the side of a barn with a howitzer from 3 feet away - Ponting's captaincy had ****-all to do with it

At least Siddle has improved his lines this year so you can set a field for him

Hilf, unfortunately, is still all over the place

That being the case, pick the 21 year old with real potential and get rid of the guys that have failed unless they make a compelling case for reinstatement

So many decent knocks without converting from him this year.

5 50s, 1 100 in 2011, so uncharacteristic.

724 runs in 9 games @ 48.2. Not bad at all tbh by normal standards.
