Aus slightly ahead now I think. SA really need 400+ on this pitch looks like, otherwise there's going to be a long hard toil ahead. (Not that they aren't used to it against Aus on this ground)

this is amazing. of the seven wickets to fall, only three or four had anything to do with the quality of the bowling at all, and in many of the cases, not that much.

JA Rudolph - bad batting. just a stock ball really
GC Smith - yeah good ball
HM Amla - 50/50
JH Kallis -seems like the pitch was the reason - holding up
AB de Villiers - ab you fool
AG Prince - aahahahahaha

SA have really been guilty of getting in and getting out, shouldn't be in this position given the pitch and the quality of bowling from the Aussies today.

Amla played a terrible shot. Rudolph got one that held the line a bit, was a good nut. Kallis played a pretty rubbish shot too, pitch or not, that was nowhere near a half-volley

Inexcusable batting collapse from South Africa. With the exception of the eighteen-year-old kid and Watson, they are facing a toothless attack on a high-scoring deck. With such a dominating run rate, the set batsmen should have kicked on.

Lack of application was responsible for most of the wickets. Now Boucher as I speak. There is no venom in the attack or in the deck. Pathetic!

This isn't a 245/8 pitch, but then again we scored 47 in our last innings so it's not going to be easy!

Man it's dark, I hope we get the last 2 quick then go off for bad light.
