Also happy to see Bailey playing, and a good sign (in a way) that when all the other bowlers have copped it, he's the one whose been the least expensive in the first innings of a match. Berry's said publicly he won't be playing O'Brien as a frontline Shield spinner, hope that Bailey gives him reason to stick to his guns.

Bollinger taking the stick, Starc taking the wicket didn't think I would see that. Starc picked a good time to perform as his spot was starting to look shaky.

Hazelwood chimes in with one.

Clouding up nicely here. If it doesn't bucket down the ball should do a bit in the air.

Yeah i don't think I've seen Herrick bowl badly, apart from Nth Sydney. Looks quality, better than what I've seen from Patinson.

He's a good option in Shield Cricket, I don't think he's quite got the versatility required for OD cricket. Be interesting to see how he goes for the Renegades in T20.

He runs in hard and bangs the ball in all day long, and has a very good yorker too which he uses as an attacking weapon. He's been bowling on a pretty slow pitch at home for Casey in club cricket for a fair while, so he knows how to grind away; interestingly I never remember him doing all that well in Futures League stuff, and he was often playing as one of the overage players.

Herrick has certainly came out of nowhere. He actually looks to be a consistent threat which is more than can be said for Siddle and Pattinson atm.

Smith bowling too many 4 balls. (Will probably get a wicket with one of them hit down deep mid wicket's throat)

Bad luck to Cazzulino (95) on just missing out on a maiden ton. Maxwell gets another. Can the Tassies hang on?
