To Athlai's point yes this is off track but I for one would like to know how he lasted forever. His first ban was for txt speak.

He should have been banned for trolling long before this.

People responding to a troll in a worse fashion should not get the troll of the hook. So this can not be the excuse for letting him go for so long.

I don't really think you can ban people for being a multi without evidence - otherwise people will just accuse people who they don't like.

PEWS addressed some of my points earlier when he asked if the community was willing to trust the moderators to have greater powers for site atmosphere bans - and I would be willing to go along with this.

Threatening your kids versus describing how they're going to rape you. As bad... nope. Disgusting in the extreme... yes. Let's not get into drawing the line between the wide range of disgusting things he posted to any number of people - I don't have kids and I don't have first hand experience of how that is for you, and you're not a woman and you don't have first hand experience of how that is for me. But all in all, it's just a very sad little man sat in a room somewhere trying to get his kicks, and I can't speak for others but personally there's no way I'm going to give him his satisfaction.

I can guarantee you that the people who were repeatedly targetted were the people who reacted the most. The countries whose supporters reacted the most got the most crap in match threads. The subjects that caused the most hysteria were repeated. And this doesn't just just apply to this group of trolls, it applies to the majority. I'm not trying to play down what he did, I'm just trying to say that the mod team are really trying with this one, but we could you your help.

That set of multi's/trolls happened to post some really offensive and racist crap on my wall too. I reported it and Fusion deleted it.
That does not mean, I can go on accusing everyone I could possibly suspect and disagree, with to be him on that basis. Or it gives a free license to go and abuse people who disagree with you on someone being a Multi.

Really, i have no real intention of getting into a slanging match with you either. And finally ftr, i don't really have to agree with you on anything to be allowed to post on these forums either, nor do i need a approval certificate from you or your friends.

Exactly.

We can only do so much against someone who appears to be as computer savvy as our own moderators, and the only way he is going to go is if you ignore him. Frankly I find the "you can't possibly have the empathy levels I have because I have threatened children" an insult, but hey, water off a ducks back and no harm done. I won't hold grudges, especially since this is a very personal and emotive topic. One of the main rules of politics is you can get any stupid law passed if you scream "somebody please think of the children!" in just the right tone.

The moderators are not heartless, and we know Precambrian is absolutely disgusting. He is a creature who craves attention, any sort of attention, and the same members keep giving it to him over and over again. He is probably reading this thread right now, gleefully watching the dissent and anger he's sown across the forum.

The only way to truly kill him off for good is to ignore him. It is the only tried and tested technique against trolls.
