That hawkeye didn't look accurate, the ball seemed to turn a lot more than showed. Mighta hit the glove.

Still think if was out but..

Yeah precisely. If we complain about flat wickets then we should be praising wickets like this. This might be a bit overdone but I won't hold that against it. The cricket has been great.
Case in point, the amount of batsmen in this game being made to look pedestrian whilst maintaining 50+ career averages.

Pretty handy cricketer is Dilshan, isn't he? Can open, bat middle order, keep wicket and bowl.

Interesting one from Hawkeye there. They've run it as if it hit on the full and have run a straight line, but it pitch and turned quite sharply to off. I think it was definitely missing off (you can see all three stumps) but the turn hasn't been picked up in the simulation.

Didn't manage to watch any of the earlier stuff. Were Lyon's wickets more to do with solid bowling or just ridiculous assistance from the pitch/batsmen? Also how did Harris, Johnson and Copeland fare? Threatening or otherwise?
Watson bowled the spell of the day. A couple of Lyon's wickets came from **** shots but he looked genuinely threatening all day.

Yeah I think we're all in pretty firm agreement (and blokes on MSN too) that that ball seems to have turned.

Hawkeye uses a different camera angle which means tv viewers constantly get different images by which to compare its predictions unfortunately.

For what one innings of bowling is worth, Copeland really has a McGrath-esque presence about him. It's a welcome calming agent to the circus that Johnson brings.
