These are the rules in question here I imagine. As per my understanding of this, both salman and weldone are to pick from Marcus' scorecard (I admit the rules aren't worded well enough to provide more clarity on this). Looking through the posts as I type this and I think Marcus seems to have read it right here.

This question was posed earlier in the thread:

We decided here that E goes from C's card and so does D.
