Pretty much, Barca's play-acting and various tricks have got so much worse this year, I wonder if it's the pressure they're under, expecting to win everything. If this match had been last year, I'd of been 100% behind them, now I'm only about 98.9.Was having this debate over a beer or several with scientifically chosen group of mates last night. Only one (Hammers fan ftr) actually wants ManUre to win.
I don't really want to see Barca win, but lesser of two evils.
Think Man U have a shot tho.
I agree, I think Arsenal should sell Cesc, his injuries keep on happening, and for Barca that may not be a problem, they'd just put another world-class signing in, but for the Arse it is. Sell him, and some of the other dead-weights and buy three or four big names. Probably could do that and still make a profit, which is Arsenes way.Barca have gone about it in absolutely despicable fashion, but putting that aside for the moment, surely it's now in Arsenal's interest to flog Fabregas if they can get an exorbitant price for him? They tried to build their team around him in the last few seasons, and he developed into a world-class player, but I think they have reached the end of a cycle. It's now Wilshere who runs their midfield, and these days Fabregas plays the role that Lampard does at Chelsea.
Fabregas also had a habit of going missing against top teams like Man U, Chelsea, Barcelona etc. Fletcher disrupted him on quite a few occasions. He can't get into Spain's starting XI, and if he thinks he can displace Xavi-Iniesta at Barcelona, then good luck to him.
As if anything other than a Man U defeat, in any game, at any time, could be anything but good for Football. FFS you lot.
WTF?Might be good for England too. Toral's dual qualified through his mum.
His agent? Pere Guardiola, brother of Pep.
